Prenatal Yoga in English
Pregnancy is a special time in the life of a woman. For nine months, the own body is home to another human being.
The ancient tradition of Yoga can support and boost a healthy pregnancy. The energy of Yoga ideally supports the special demands of a woman’s body and soul during pregnancy. The body is beautifully prepared for the natural childbirth.

Prenatal Yoga is offered in packages of six consecutive classes.
If you miss a session, unfortunately it will expire.
Space is limited to five students per class!
