Class description

MYSORE
The traditional form of learning and practicing Ashtanga Yoga is the Mysore style. A detailed explanation of this class type can be found here.

Attention: Please preregister (or cancel your registration) for MORNING Mysore until 6pm the night before class and for EVENING Mysore no later than 9am the day of class.
If you are signed up but do not show or cancel late, you will be charged the class.

The Prenatal program is offered in pckages based on pre-registration.

Prenatal Yoga is recommended after the 12th week of pregnancy.

Package price: €75

A minimum of two and a maximum of five students!
Mats and props are provided.
